▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene/lysine nano composite material is prepared by dispersing ultrasonic graphite oxide in water to obtain uniformly dispersed graphite oxide suspension, adding graphite oxide (Gs) and copper (Cu) lysine (Lys), and stirring; adjusting pH to 9-10 at 70-90 degrees C, refluxing and reacting for 22-26 hours, adding sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as reducer, and reflux reacting to obtain graphite; and filtering, washing and drying to obtain Gs/Lys-Cu-Lys layer nano chemical sensor capable of self assembly composite material. USE - Method for preparation of graphene/lysine nano composite material (claimed) for sensor, cell, super capacitor, and biological medicine. ADVANTAGE - The prepared composite material has good water solubility and biocompatibility. It is environmental friendly material. The method solves problem that graphene material is difficult to uniformly dispersed in aqueous solution, even the problem of serious agglomeration and it greatly expands application field of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene/lysine nano composite material is prepared by: (A) dispersing ultrasonic graphite oxide in water to obtain uniformly dispersed graphite oxide suspension, adding graphite oxide (Gs) and copper (Cu) lysine (Lys), and uniformly stirring; (B) adjusting pH to 9-10 at 70-90 degrees C, refluxing and reacting for 22-26 hours, adding sodium borohydride (NaBH4) as reducer, refluxing at 70-90 degrees C and reacting for 1.5-2.5 hours to convert graphite oxide into graphite; and (C) filtering, washing and drying to obtain Gs/Lys-Cu-Lys layer nano chemical sensor capable of self assembly composite material, and dispersing Gs/Lys-Cu-Lys nano composite material into water, adding copper lysine (2 mass%), EDTA, lower reaction at room temperature for 10-14 hours, removing copper ions, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene/lysine nano composite material.
