▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing diamond film by impact wave method comprises (i) taking iodine chloride as an intercalation agent to obtain second-order graphite intercalation complex, subjecting the second-order graphite intercalation complex to high temperature processing, and decomposing iodine chloride for producing gas exfoliated graphite sheet to obtain double-layer graphene material; and (ii) mixing uniformly double-layer graphene material and pure copper powder, pressing the mixture into block, placing into a impact recovery device for impact pressurizing, recycling the mixed impacted compact, and removing copper by nitric acid. USE - The film is useful for protective material. ADVANTAGE - The method hardens the thinnest film having diamond type hardness in period of short time, and achieves higher diamond conversion rate in the relatively low impact pressure range as carbon source.
