▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing magnetic graphene composite latex thread involves: (A) acidifying graphene, mixing the obtained graphene aqueous solution with magnetic particles to obtain graphene-loaded magnetic particles, and then mixing with natural latex to obtain a magnetic graphene composite latex; (B) mixing the magnetic graphene composite latex with a pigment, a reinforcing agent, an accelerator and a vulcanizing agent, homogenizing, adding to a tank, then passing through an extrusion pipe, filtering, setting the extrusion pressure to control the diameter of the latex thread, and shaping the magnetic graphene composite latex thread; and (C) drying the magnetic graphene composite latex thread, transferring to a chamber arranged with an alternating external magnetic field for vulcanization treatment, and rolling. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnetic graphene composite latex thread. ADVANTAGE - The method provides magnetic graphene composite latex thread with high elasticity.
