▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of amorphous silicon graphene-like nanosheet comprises dispersing ethyl silicate in ethanol, water and aqueous ammonia mixture to obtain first solution, dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain second solution, mixing two solutions, centrifuging, alcohol washing, sintering to obtain silica nanosheet, mixing magnesium powder and silica nanosheet at weight ratio of 1:2-1:6, placing in ceramic crucible, air sintering in the presence of hydrogen/argon gas and pickling. USE - Method for preparing amorphous silicon graphene-like nanosheet used as semiconductor material for photocatalytic hydrogen production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nanosheet has water splitting ability in Z-scheme system.
