NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene oxide-aerogel modified three-dimensional electrode brush involves dispersing graphene oxide powder in deionized water to produce dispersion having concentration of 1-5 mg/ml, ultrasonically processing for 40-80 minutes, aging at 55-60 degrees C in oven for 20-24 hours, forming graphene oxide-hydrosol attached three-dimensional electrodes brush, freezing using liquid nitrogen for 60-90 minutes, processing in vacuum at -40 degrees C to -60 degrees C for 2-3 days, and scraping excess aerogel. USE - Manufacture of graphene oxide-aerogel modified three-dimensional electrode brush for anode material of microbial fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-aerogel modified three-dimensional electrode brush having large specific surface area and excellent biocompatibility is produced.
