NOVELTY - Composite plating layer comprising plating graphene oxide and nickel-phosphorus composite on an upper surface of a glass substrate to thickness of 4-6 microns, cleaning to remove oil on the glass substrate, coarsening, soaking the glass substrate in a graphene oxide nickel-phosphorus chemical plating liquid for 20-30 minutes to activate, washing using distilled water, drying, adjusting pH to 4.4-4.6 using ammonia water, and adding composite stabilizing agent including propenyl thiourea, potassium iodate and potassium iodide according to mass ratio of 1:18:18, is claimed. USE - Composite plating layer. ADVANTAGE - The composite plating layer has strong wear resistance, corrosion resistance and electrical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Composite plating layer comprising plating graphene oxide and nickel-phosphorus composite on an upper surface of a glass substrate to thickness of 4-6 microns, cleaning to remove oil on the glass substrate, coarsening, soaking the glass substrate in a graphene oxide nickel-phosphorus chemical plating liquid for 20-30 minutes to activate, washing using distilled water, drying, adjusting pH to 4.4-4.6 using ammonia water, and adding composite stabilizing agent including propenyl thiourea, potassium iodate and potassium iodide according to mass ratio of 1:18:18, is claimed. The graphene oxide nickel-phosphorus chemical plating liquid comprises 0.5-1 g of graphene oxide, 25-30 g of nickel sulfate, 25-30 g of sodium hypophosphite, 15 g of acetate, 10-15 g of acid, 8 g of sodium citrate, 10-15 g of lactic acid, 0.05 g of stabilizing agent, and rest of distilled water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the composite plating layer, comprising adding nickel sulfate, sodium hypophosphite, sodium acetate, phytic acid, sodium citrate, lactic acid, and composite stabilizing agent in distilled water to dissolve, then adjusting pH to 4.4-4.6 by adding ammonia to obtain oxidized graphite alkene nickel-phosphorus plating liquid, preprocessing and cleaning surface of the glass substrate body with distilled water, then adding in acetone, ultrasonically shaking at low room temperature for 15 minutes, then soaking in 75% of ethanol for 10-15 minutes, washing using distilled water, then soaking the glass substrate in roughening solution for 5 minutes, washing using distilled water, then soaking the glass substrate in the activate liquid for 5 minutes, ultrasonically oscillating, drying at lower room temperature, placing in an oven at 165-170 degrees C for 30 minutes, heating graphene oxide nickel-phosphorus plating liquid at 85-90 degrees C, soaking preprocessed glass substrate in the graphene oxide nickel-phosphorus plating liquid for 20-30 minutes, washing using distilled water to remove surface residue, and drying at temperature of 15-20 degrees C. The roughening solution comprises hydrogen peroxide, hydrogen fluoride and nitric acid having volume ratio of 4:8:3. The activate liquid includes 250 g of nickel sulfate, 100 g of sodium hypophosphite, 50 g of anhydrous ethanol and rest of distilled water and adjusting pH to 7-7.2 by adding using ammonia water.
