NOVELTY - Laminate comprises graphene layer having at least one layer and a vanadium dioxide layer formed on one side of the graphene layer. USE - The graphene-based vanadium dioxide laminate is useful for smart window. ADVANTAGE - The laminate improves optical transmittance rate. The laminate comprises graphene layer which protects vanadium dioxide layer from being damaged and prevents harmful material inflow into vanadium dioxide layer. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for manufacturing the laminate, which involves growing graphene on a first substrate and forming graphene layer, forming vanadium dioxide layer on first substrate, forming second substrate, laminating first substrate, vanadium dioxide layer, graphene layer and second substrate, and removing first substrate by etching process.
