NOVELTY - Upright graphene-polymer polymer composite comprises a substrate, an upright graphene, and a high molecular polymer. The upright graphene grows on the surface of the substrate, and the high molecular polymer is cured into a film and uniformly loaded on the surface and edges of the upright graphene. USE - Upright graphene-polymer polymer composite. ADVANTAGE - The upright graphene-polymer polymer composite has high molecular polymer composite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an upright graphene-polymer polymer composite, which involves: (A) putting substrate into a vacuum chamber of a plasma chemical vapor deposition device, and passing reducing gas; (B) maintaining low-pressure state in the device through flow adjustment, and subjecting substrate to plasma etching; (C) introducing protective gas and a carbon source and a buffer gas after the temperature rises, and maintain g low pressure state in the device through flow adjustment; (D) performing a plasma chemical vapor deposition reaction on the etched substrate to prepare a polymer solution; (E) coating the polymer solution on the surface and edges of the upright graphene; and (F) curing high-molecular polymer coated on the surface and edges of the upright graphene to form a film to obtain an upright graphene-high polymer composite material.
