NOVELTY - Wrapping graphite/graphene product involves die-cutting thickness of the flexible insulating material to the thickness of the original film of the graphite/graphene product to 0.5 mm or less and 0.5-2 mm width, sheathing insulating material on the outer surface of the film, assembling the insulating material to the outer side of the original film, and covering the insulating film or adhesive on the main surfaces of the original film with insulating materials using the insulating film or adhesive to bond with the flexible insulating material to encapsulation, in which the die-cut size of the insulating film or the adhesive is larger than the length and width of the original film of the graphite/graphene products is plus minus 0.1 mm. USE - Wrapping graphite/graphene product used for electronic product (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables wrapping graphite/graphene product with excellent external appearance, and processing efficiency, and suppressed control of wrapping width of product, using thicker original film and small amount of the wrapping solution, and reduced the influence of the edge portion on the heat dissipation area of the product, in which the insulation film or adhesive is firmly bonded to the insulating material which ensures the edging effect of thick graphite or graphene product.
