NOVELTY - An iron catalyst is added into an oxygen-free reactor such that temperature of the catalyst is 750-1000 degrees C, and gas carbon source is supplied into the reactor and reacted to obtain graphene by chemical gas phase deposition method. USE - Manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The graphene is easily manufactured with high productivity and without defects.
