NOVELTY - Preparing titanium dioxide-graphene photo-catalytic complex film comprises ultrasonic cleaning the quartz substrate and drying, adding into silane coupling agent solution for processing, cleaning and drying again, using titanium dioxide sol solution to spin coating on the quartz substrate, after spin coating, adding the titanium dioxide film on the glue baking machine for baking, drying the water on the surface of the sample, adding the spin-coated dry titanium dioxide film into the resistance furnace, heating under the air atmosphere, taking out the film, spincoating a layer of graphene oxide film on the surface of the titanium dioxide film, then using hydroiodic acid reduction method to reduce the graphene oxide into graphene, reducing, cleaning, and drying. USE - The titanium dioxide-graphene photo-catalytic complex film is useful in photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants and other fields. ADVANTAGE - The complex film: has strong photocatalytic performance, strong degradation efficiency for cationic dyes, excellent cycle stability; enhance the photocatalytic activity of the film, and the photocatalytic activity increases with the increase of the thickness of the graphene layer.
