NOVELTY - Conductive graphene composite film comprises 85-97.5 %mass reduced graphene oxide and 2.5-15 %mass polydopamine coated carbon nanotubes, where the reduced graphene oxide sheet and the polydopamine-coated carbon nanotubes are stacked, and the inside and between the reduced graphene oxide sheets are crosslinked with the polydopamine-coated carbon nanotubes. USE - As conductive graphene composite film. ADVANTAGE - The composite film capable has synergistic toughening and strengthening effect, high strength, high toughness, high ductility and high electrical conductivity. The method is environmentally-friendly, simple and convenient. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the conductive graphene composite film, involving (i) preparing 1-4 mg/ml dopamine hydrochloride-tris buffer solution, (ii) adding 1 mg/ml carbon nanotubes to dopamine hydrochloride-tris buffer solution, stirring to react at room temperature for at least 24 hours, repeatedly filtering and washing to obtain polydopamine-coated carbon nanotubes, (iii) formulating graphene oxide into a graphene oxide aqueous solution, (iv) adding polydopamine-coated carbon nanotubes to graphene oxide aqueous solution, stirring and ultrasonically mixing to obtain a mixed solution, (v) preparing graphene oxide and polydopamine-coated carbon nanotube composite film by assembling the mixed solution through evaporation induction assembly, and (vi) soaking the obtained composite film in reducing agent hydroiodic acid, washing with ethanol and drying to prepare the product.
