NOVELTY - Manufacture of all-solid-state lithium secondary battery involves (a) preparing a positive electrode including a positive electrode active material, a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (A), a binder (b1), and a conductive material, (b) preparing a solid electrolyte sheet including a lithium lanthanum zirconium oxide (B) and a binder (b2), (c) preparing a solid electrolyte layer by roll-pressing the solid electrolyte sheet several times, (d) preparing a laminate by laminating the positive electrode and the solid electrolyte layer and (e) arranging a negative electrode comprising lithium metal on the solid electrolyte layer of the laminate. USE - Manufacture of all-solid-state lithium secondary battery. Uses include but are not limited to portable information terminals, portable electronic devices, household small power storage devices, motorcycles, electric vehicles, and hybrid electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing loading amount and active material ratio of the positive electrode, preventing decrease in utilization rate of the active material and improving high voltage stability. The method enables controlling interface of a positive electrode active material so as to realize better discharge capacity even at high loading amount, so that density is increased and thickness is decreased, thus improving mechanical properties of the solid electrolyte layer.
