▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves transferring the zero-bandgap two-dimensional material to the surface of the substrate to obtain a sample; adding the sample and fluorine-containing polymer into a heating container, and made to undergo fluorination to obtain a two-dimensional material with fluorescence. USE - Method for preparing two-dimensional materials with zero bandgap. ADVANTAGE - The electrons in the conduction band recombine with the holes in the valence band, releasing excess energy in the form of light and returning the material to the ground state. The intensity of the emitted light varies with the wavelength, thus showing fluorescence characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a two-dimensional materials with zero bandgap.
