NOVELTY - This new utility model claims of one of flexible graphene electronic ink display screen, comprising a substrate, substrate layer, a flexible protective film, OCA adhesive layer, a PET film layer, graphene transparent electric conduction layer and electronic ink layer, concave part of substrate and projection part orderly set with pixel electrode layer and electronic ink layer, substrate layer of set with interval concave part and protruding part, on the base of concave part and substrate layer on the projection part of corresponding is set with the concave part of substrate layer and protruding part formed with graphene transparent electric conduction layer, this utility model adopt new graphene for replaced as ITO transparent electric conduction layer, for lifting the whole flexible display screen by three dimension structure display screen substrate and, using etching method etching out the third dimension of structure on substrate, using pixel electrode prepared in three dimension structure of back. Thus to display screen can provide the better flexibility, bending, and not easy to breaking and being damaged. Using graphene as transparent electrode may better and improving the flexible display screen.
