▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing modified graphene oxide/hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) polyurethane composite material comprises (i) using isophoronediisocyanate to perform surface functionalization modification to graphene oxide, obtaining modified graphene oxide with free cyanate (-NCO) on the surface; (ii) mixing modified graphene oxide and terminal hydroxy hyperbranched polyester to obtain the surface with a large amount of free-hydroxy of the modified graphene oxide; (iii) taking modified graphene oxide with a large amount of free-hydroxy on the surface as reinforcing agent, isophorone diisocyanate as curing agent, obtaining modified graphene oxide/HTPB polyurethane composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified graphene oxide/hydroxy-terminated polybutadiene polyurethane composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: uses hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polyester to modify graphene oxide, improves the dispersion of graphene oxide flakes in the matrix, make the components of the composite material uniformly distributed, introduces hydroxy-terminated hyperbranched polyester into the matrix, which improves the crosslinking degree of composite materials, obtains tensile strength polyurethane composites with good mechanical properties, namely flexibility.
