NOVELTY - A composite material comprises 35-45 pts. wt. modified polypropylene masterbatch, 20-30 pts. wt. chloroacetate resin, 10-15 pts. wt. scandium/ZSM-12 molecular sieve, 6-9 pts. wt. multi-walled carbon nanotubes, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 2-5 pts. wt. nano sodium yttrium fluoride, 2-6 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 3-8 pts. wt. inorganic sound insulation material, 5-10 pts. wt. nano attapulgite, 3-6 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. organic foaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. composite stabilizer, 1-4 pts. wt. nucleating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. lubricant and 1-4 pts. wt. antioxidant. The modified polypropylene master batch comprises 80 pts. wt. polypropylene masterbatch, 4-8 pts. wt. rubber foam, 2-4 pts. wt. rock wool, 4-7 pts. wt. iron powder, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-montmorillonite, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 5-8 pts. wt. hollow glass beads, 1-3 pts. wt. collagen fiber, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. elastomer, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. tellurium dioxide. USE - Breathable nano plastic composite material. ADVANTAGE - The breathable soundproof nano plastic composite material has high mechanical properties, obtains a large number of fine micropores under the action of small amount of nucleating agent so as to ensure the micropores of polypropylene material.
