▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fluorine-doped carbon-based material comprises a carbon-based material in powder form; and fluorine doped by a solvent-free method on the surface of carbon-based material; where the fluorine is doped in an amount of 1-30 wt.% based on the total weight of the carbon-based material. USE - A fluorine-doped carbon-based material used for energy device (claimed) e.g., hybrid supercapacitor. Can be used as material for supercapacitors in next-generation energy storage systems. ADVANTAGE - The carbon-based material exhibits a large charge charging area and a fast charging/discharging speed, and has higher energy density, power density, and long-term stability compared to electrode hybrid supercapacitors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacturing a fluorine-doped carbon-based material which involves providing a carbon-based material in powder form; injecting a mixed gas containing the carbon-based material and fluorine into a vacuum or atmospheric plasma reactor; and synthesizing a fluorine-doped carbon-based material by treating the carbon-based material with fluorine plasma in the vacuum or atmospheric pressure plasma reactor.
