▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing laser-induced graphene without pinning effect, involves (a) cleaning the polyimide film with deionized water, (b) designing the pattern of the processed graphene, and introducing the pattern into the laser engraving machine, (c) setting the laser power and engraver speed of the laser machine, performing laser treatment on the polydimide film to obtain laser-induced graphene with pin-on effect, and (d) dropping the organic solvent surface of the graphene organic solvent or organic solvent, and drying at room temperature to obtain a laser-inclined graphene with a pin-free effect. USE - The method for preparing laser-induced graphene without pinning effect is useful in the detection of analyte concentration, oil-water separation and in anti-icing (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare laser induced graphene without pinning effect, which has low process cost and high efficiency and stability, and provides laser-induced graphene that has super-hydrophobic property, analyte concentration detection, oil-water separation and anti-icing field has good application prospect.
