NOVELTY - The film has a pore diameter range of about 10-350 nm, where the film is 1-5 microns thick. A weight ratio between a grapheme and nickel oxide is 0.5 and 100 to 2 and 100. Oxidized graphite sheet and magnesium nitrate are dissolved in isopropanol solution so as to form an oxidized graphite sheet sol with positive charges according to a weight ratio of 100 and 1. A foamed nickel and an optical platinum sheet are used as a working electrode and an auxiliary electrode respectively. USE - Graphene/porous nickel oxide composite super capacitor film. Uses included but are not limited to an electric automobile field, communication field, consumer electronics field and signal control field. ADVANTAGE - The porous composite film has better mechanical performance and super-capacitor performance, and high discharge rate of the capacitor. The porous composite film has high rate performance of charging and discharging, long cycle life. The capacitor film has wide application prospect in fields such as electric automobile, communication, consumer electronics and signal control.
