▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene fluoride of high thermal stability, insulation and high thermal conductivity, comprises (1) placing dry graphene in the fluorination still, and performing first evacuating of fluorination and feeding with nitrogen and extracting to carry out multiple replacement treatments, and heating to 140-260degrees Celsius, (2) performing the same replacement treatment with the buffering kettle for many times, and warming up to the same temperature as the fluorination kettle, (3) passing the fluorination reaction mixed gas into the buffering kettle, and keeping for 10-30 minutes to perform thermal pre-dissociation to convert part of the fluorine gas molecules in the fluorination reaction mixed gas into fluorine atoms, and (4) passing fluorination reaction mixed gas into fluorination still, performing fluorination reaction with graphene for 0.5-2 hours to obtain fluorinated graphene with high thermal stability, insulation and high thermal conductivity. USE - The method for preparing graphene fluoride of high thermal stability, insulation and high thermal conductivity used in heat management application field (claimed), and can also be used in optical, electrical, magnetic, mechanical, catalytic and adsorption fields. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high thermal stability, insulating high heat-conducting fluorinated graphite.
