NOVELTY - Manufacture of a photoelectrode having three-dimensional structure involves manufacturing a three-dimensional conductive structure by lamination, forming a metal layer on a surface of the conductive structure by electrochemical vapor deposition, and forming an oxide semiconductor layer on a surface of the metal layer by electrochemical deposition. USE - Manufacture of photoelectrode used for electrolysis of water for producing hydrogen. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, and provides electrode having large specific surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for three-dimensional stacked graphene.
