▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Bionic shell-shaped graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite electric heating material and its preparation method are claimed. The method involves (i) scraping styrene-butadiene latex on the surface of a smooth substrate and curing to obtain a styrene-butadiene rubber layer, (ii) adding graphene nanosheets into the styrene-butadiene latex and carrying out an ultrasonic treatment to obtain a graphene nanosheets/styrene-butadiene latex mixed solution, (iii) scraping the mixed solution on the surface of the styrene-butadiene rubber layer and curing to obtain a double-layer graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite material and (iv) repeating the step (i)-(iii) on the graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber surface of the prepared double-layer graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite material to obtain multilayer of the composite electric heating material. USE - As bionic shell-shaped graphene/styrene-butadiene rubber composite electric heating material. ADVANTAGE - The composite electric heating material has excellent mechanical property and flexible electric heating performance and adopts simple preparation process that is easy for industrial production.
