▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing self-connecting fabric electronic circuit, comprises (1) reacting the dehydrated macromolecular polyol with dehydrated polyol acid and diisocyanate, then sequentially adding disulfide, triethylamine, deionized water and ethylenediamine, and reacting to obtain self-connected aqueous polyurethane, (2) uniformly mixing the resultant self-connected aqueous polyurethane with a conductive component to obtain a self-connected electrode material, (3) coating the self-connected electrode material prepared in the resultant step on a fiber substrate, and performing post-processing to obtain a self-connected fiber electrode, and (4) weaving the resultant self-connected fiber electrode into a fabric, and performing post-processing to obtain the final product. USE - The electronic circuit is useful in constructing the fabric device and preparing the wear-resistant device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electronic circuit: has excellent electrical and mechanical stability under the condition of bending and circulating pressing; The method is simple and convenient; and can finish higher mechanical strength self-connection under the heat treatment condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a self-connecting fabric electronic circuit prepared by the above mentioned method.
