▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a dispersed solution of mercapto-modified silver nanoparticles, comprises introducing a compound with a mercapto group and silver nanoparticles with a positively charged surface to ethanol. After nitrogen deoxygenation, the mixture is reacted under ultrasound for 1-5 hours to obtain a dispersed solution of mercapto-modified silver nanoparticles. The mass fraction of silver nanoparticles is 0.1-1%, and the mass ratio of the thiol compound to the silver nanoparticles is 0.1-1. The compound with the mercapto group is cysteine, mercaptoethylamine, 3-mercaptopropylamine, and/or 4-amino-2-mercaptopyrimidine. USE - Preparation method of mercapto modified nano silver particle dispersion liquid used for antibacterial coating formulation used in chemical coating of graphene/nano silver. ADVANTAGE - The mercapto-modified nano-silver particle dispersion liquid, graphene-silver particles synergistically enhances surface antibacterial property, solving the problem that the existing silver antibacterial coating has a low utilization rate of silver component, antibacterial efficiency, insufficient antibacterial durability, and bad dispersibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing a long-lasting antibacterial and anti-corrosive water-based coating comprising introducing mercapto-modified silver nanoparticle dispersed solution, graphene oxide, dispersant, leveling agent, thickener, and defoaming agent to a certain amount of aqueous acrylic resin and its derivatives. The mixture is stirred for 0.5-2 hours at 25-40℃.
