▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene powder involves placing a substrate in a quartz tube, vacuuming inside of the quartz tube, introducing hydrogen into the quartz tube and controlling a temperature rise inside the quartz tube, shutting down hydrogen when the temperature inside the quartz tube reaches a temperature (T1, degrees C), introducing methane, simultaneously inserting a radio frequency power supply and a magnetic field generator to make a graphene powder on a surface of the substrate, stopping methane supply after the graphene powder is grown for a time (t, minutes), disconnecting the radio frequency power supply and magnetic field generator, introducing argon to cool, disconnecting the vacuum pump, and removing the substrate when the quartz tube returns to normal pressure. USE - Preparation of graphene powder. Uses include but are not limited to sensor, transistor, new energy battery, and hydrogen and energy storage device. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene powder with improved crystallization height and quality by increasing the deposition time and effectively adjusting formation quality of graphene powder with high controllability by controlling the deposition temperature, radio frequency power, deposition time and other parameters. The formation and powdering of graphene are carried out simultaneously and will not interfere with each other, so as to avoid the introduction of defects in graphene.
