NOVELTY - The method involves taking chitosan powder dissolve in acetic acid solution in water. The chitosan solution is injected in hole plate mold and frozen and dried to obtain a porous structure with chitosan bracket. The ultrasonic treatment is performed using anhydrous ethyl alcohol, to obtain the oxidation graphene dispersion liquid with different concentration. The dispersion liquid is dried in air, to obtain a composite support by staged heating of stents in vacuum environment. The chitosan bracket with the oxidation graphene coating of different reduction degree is obtained. USE - Preparation method for graphene material coating chitosan three dimension support. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical strength of the chitosan bracket is greatly increased. The simple preparation operation of the graphene material coating chitosan three dimension support is enhanced for mass product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The chitosan solution is prepared with a certain concentration. The porous support is soaked in alkali solution which is sodium hydroxide (NaOH), alkali concentration of 0.5mg/ml. The residual acetic acid is neutralized.
