NOVELTY - Inducing in-situ graphene of spheroidal graphite cast iron involves applying a power source to the spheroidal graphite cast iron substrate, freely moving electrons become directional moving carriers, and forming a substrate along the substrate. The magnetic field of the ductile iron substrate is excited by the change of the circumferential current. The carbon atom layer of the spheroidal graphite in the spheroidal graphite cast substrate is subjected to the ampere force directed to the outer surface of the substrate. The carbon atom sheet is peeled off, and graphene is formed in situ. USE - Method for inducing in-situ graphene of spheroidal graphite cast iron. ADVANTAGE - The method is controllable, and simultaneously improves the performance of ductile iron components and effectively ensures surface integrity of the substrate. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of the substrate.
