▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Three-dimensional graphene comprises graphene as basic unit and metal ions under determined temperature and pressure. The graphene is one-layer or 2-10 layers structure, where the surface of graphene contains hydroxy, epoxy, carboxyl or oxygen-containing functional groups. USE - Three-dimensional graphene used for filling protein, amino acid, sugar and biological enzyme molecules (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing three-dimensional graphene, which involves: (A) oxidizing graphite and placing the oxidized graphite in water, ethanol or other solvents; (B) processing the obtained mixture ultrasonically for 25-35 minutes; (C) pouring the obtained solution in a pressure-proof and heat-resistant reactor, and adding calcium ion, barium ion, magnesium ion, nickel ion, cobalt ion, cuprous ion, manganese ion, cadmium ion, zinc ion, lead ion, platinum(II) ion, palladium(II) ion and rhodium ion or lithium ion, sodium ion, potassium ion, silver ion, aluminum ion, ferric ion and rhodium ion; (D) heating the mixture at 40-360 degrees C and 0.1-20 MPa for 0.5-24 hours; and (E) keeping the obtained product in deionized water for 1-48 hours and then adding protein, amino acid, sugar and enzyme to exchange for 1-48 hours to obtain the desired product.
