NOVELTY - An organic electronic device has a flexibility transparent conduction layer provided with an organic function layer, where the flexibility transparent conduction layer comprises a graphene sheet layer having n-type or p-type property. ADVANTAGE - The graphene sheet layer can provide high conductivity and lowered contact resistance to the transparent conduction layer, so that reliability and profitability of the device can be increased.
