NOVELTY - The filter has a polymer sequentially coated on a surface of a porous substrate being high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter. A bi-layer laminates the polymer in which graphene is dispersed on the coated polymer by cross-repeating n times. A tri-layer is laminated on the polymer. The graphene and the oxidized or reduced graphene are dispersed in a polymer binder solution having a negative polarity. The polymer is selected from polyethylenimine-branched polymer, polyacrylic acid, agar, alginate, pectin, chitosan, carrageenan, and carboxymethylcellulose. A specific surface area of the graphene is 100 to 1000 m 2 /g. The polymer is polyethylenimine-branched (BPEI) of 0.1 wt% having a positive polarity. USE - Filter using graphene and polymer. ADVANTAGE - The filter has high fine dust removal efficiency and maintains constant removal efficiency of air pollutants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a filter using graphene and polymer.
