▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing diamond graphene composite material comprises e.g. (i) taking anionic active agent, cationic active agent, graphite paper, absolute ethyl alcohol, micron diamond particles, titanium sheet, de-ionized water, two stainless steel sheets, epoxy resin and curing agent; (ii) placing the graphite paper and titanium sheet into a beaker containing electrolyte, performing electrochemical peeling, washing, performing peeling work, separating, freezing and drying the product to obtain graphene; (iii) pouring the anion active agent into a container, and adding graphene into a container to modify; (iv) adding the modified graphene product and the micron diamond particles into the absolute ethyl alcohol, performing ultrasonic dispersion, pouring the epoxy resin into it and stirring uniformly; and (v) adding curing agent to carry out sufficient and uniform mixing, applying voltage, solidifying, arranging to the cathode movement, improving thermal conductivity, solidifying and removing film. USE - The method is useful for preparing diamond graphene composite material is useful for improving thermal conductivity.
