▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity PCR reaction tube comprises (1) performing plasma pre-treatment to the PCR reaction tube to obtain the pre-processed PCR reaction tube, (2) soaking the pre-processed PCR reaction tube in the heat conducting material for surface treatment to obtain the high-thermal conductivity PCR reaction tube, the heat conducting material comprises modified graphene, organic polymer, solvent and chemical auxiliary agent and the modified graphene is prepared by neohesperidin modified graphene oxide. USE - The high thermal conductivity PCR reaction tube is useful in improving the anti-biological pollution performance of PCR reaction tube and improving wear-resisting property of PCR reaction tube (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared PCR reaction tube has high thermal conductivity and excellent water resistance, biological pollution resistance and wear resistance.
