NOVELTY - A graphene/silicon solar cell comprises two layers of structure. One layer is silicon layer. The other layer is graphene layer. The graphene layer is bonded to the silicon layer. The graphene layer has thickness of not more than 20 nm. The graphene/silicon solar cell is prepared by adding 0.5-10 mu g/ml graphene oxide to an aqueous solution, and filtering the solution to form a film, attaching the graphene oxide film to the filter substrate, uniformly applying the melted solid transfer agent on the surface of the reduced graphene oxide film and cooling to room temperature, heat-treating the reduced graphene oxide film, spraying metal such as titanium, molybdenum and cobalt on the surface of chemically reduced graphene film, chlorinating graphene film with metal at 800-1200 degrees C, heating at heating rate of 2-5 degrees C/minute to 2000 degrees C. USE - Graphene/silicon solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silicon solar cell is environmentally-friendly, and has improved light conversion efficiency and electron mobility.
