NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/black phosphorus flexible fibrous super capacitor electrode material comprises (i) using natural flake graphite as raw material, adopting improved Hummers method to prepare graphene oxide dispersion; (ii) grinding blocky BP with a grinding rod to powdery particles with metallic color in a nitrogen glove box, taking the above-mentioned powdery particles and adding them to deoxygenated deionized water, and sonicating to obtain dispersion liquid of two-dimensional nanosheet BP; (iii) mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and BP dispersion liquid, and ultrasonically treating to obtain GO/BP composite solution; (iv) preparing GO/BP composite fiber; (v)dipping two rGO/BP composite fibers in PVA/H3PO4 gel electrolyte, drying at room temperature, placing in parallel on a PET film, and placed between the two fibers Cover with gel electrolyte and wait for it to dry.
