NOVELTY - A flexible conductive thin film compositing two-dimensional graphene and one-dimensional nanowire has thickness of 10 nm-1000 mu m, square resistance of 0.001-3000 ohms per square, and electrical conductivity of 0.01-5000 siemens/cm. USE - Flexible conductive thin film compositing two-dimensional graphene and one-dimensional nanowire for use in solar batteries, and energy storage, heat dissipation, catalysis, sensing and conductive composite material applications. ADVANTAGE - The flexible conductive thin film has better strength, flexibility and electrical conductivity, and is prepared in a simple and inexpensive manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing flexible conductive thin film compositing two-dimensional graphene and one-dimensional nanowire.
