NOVELTY - Antibacterial and low-resistance melt blown non-woven fabric comprises modified polypropylene (I), glass fiber and graphene oxide sol, where the modified polypropylene (I) is polymerized by polypropylene and N-(3-aminopropyl)acrylamide monomer. USE - The fabric is useful in water purification applications. ADVANTAGE - The fabric is prepared by simple method, and has excellent antibacterial properties, low barrier performance and prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antibacterial and low-resistance melt blown non-woven fabric comprises modified polypropylene of formula (I), glass fiber and graphene oxide sol, where the modified polypropylene (I) is polymerized by polypropylene and N-(3-aminopropyl)acrylamide monomer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the fabric involving (a) heating, melting and mixing 100-200 pts. wt. modified polypropylene (I), 20-40 pts. wt. glass fiber, and 15-30 pts. wt. graphene oxide sol uniformly, spraying the mixture through a capillary spinneret and stretching under the action of hot air to obtain a continuous superfine fibers with an average fiber diameter of 4-5 mu m and a diameter distribution of 3.5-6 mu m, (b) drawing the superfine fibers by a drafting airflow, blowing to a drum, collecting on the drum, evenly spraying 10-20 pts. wt. inorganic nanoparticles to form inorganic nanoparticles, and as a separation point, relying on its own thermal bonding to form a cloth, (c) collecting the melt blown non-woven fabric on a drum, winding into a roll by a winding mechanism, and cutting the fabric, and (d) using a heat setting machine to set the shape at 120-150 degrees C for 5-10 minutes to obtain the final product.
