▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating comprises component A and component B in a mass ratio of 100:1.4-1.8, where the component A comprises 42-52 pts. wt. unsaturated polyester resin, 17-23 pts. wt. polyester triacrylate, 5-8 pts. wt. tripropylene glycol diacrylate, 25-32 pts. wt. phenolic epoxy resin, 14-18 pts. wt. polyaniline modified epoxy resin, 6.5-9 pts. wt. a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane, 4-6 pts. wt. vinyl ester glass-flake cement, 2.4-2.7 pts. wt. filler, 3.5-5.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 3-5 pts. wt. anti-ultraviolet agent and 90-150 pts. wt. solvent; and the component B comprises 30-37 pts. wt. dicyandiamidc, 12-16 pts. wt. polyamidc, 45-55 pts. wt. dibenzoyl peroxide and 15-20 pts. wt. cyclohexanone peroxide. USE - The coating is useful for color-coated steel plate (claimed) in the roofs and walls of a light steel structure in the construction industry. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent resistance to neutral salt spray, artificial aging resistance, high hardness and wear resistance; solves problems of loss of gloss, chalking, discoloration, and rust corrosion; has simple preparation process, simple operation; and saves manpower and equipment costs. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMs are also included for: (1) preparing corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, comprising weighing unsaturated polyester resin, polyester triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline modified epoxy resin, a mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane, vinyl ester glass-flake cement, a filler, an antioxidant, an anti-ultraviolet agent, a solvent, dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide, and cyclohexanone peroxide, preparing component A by firstly adding unsaturated polyester resin, polyester triacrylate, tripropylene glycol diacrylate, novolac epoxy resin, polyaniline modified epoxy resin, and the mixture of 3-trimethylsilyl anisole and dimethyl ketoxime trimethylsilane into the solvent, and stirring at 500-800 r/min for 30-40 minutes, then adding the vinyl ester glass-flake cement, the filler, the antioxidant and the anti-ultraviolet agent, and carrying out shearing dispersion at 1500-1800 r/min for 20-30 minutes to obtain the component A, preparing component B by mixing dicyandiamide, polyamide, dibenzoyl peroxide and cyclohexanone peroxide to obtain component B, and mixing the component A and the component B in a mass ratio of 100:1.4-1.8 for instant use; (2) color-coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, comprising a color-coated steel plate body and a corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant paint coat, where the corrosion- resistant and aging-resistant paint coat is arranging on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, where the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant paint coat is made of the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating; and (3) preparing color-coated steel plate containing corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating, comprising uniformly coating the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating on the surface of the color-coated steel plate body, and drying to obtain the color-coated steel plate containing the corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant color-coated steel plate coating.
