▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fuel cell cathode air filter adsorbing filter material is obtained by coating a reinforcing liquid on the surface of a paper base material, where the paper base material is prepared by disintegrating a fiber raw material, adding adsorbents and auxiliary agents, stirring, adding water to adjust the solid content of the mixed slurry to 0.2-1%, making paper, suctioning and dehydrating to obtain a base paper substrate, the reinforcing liquid is mixed with a reinforcing agent and water in a mass ratio of 6-7:100, the reinforcing agent includes 5-20 wt.% alkali modifier, 5-10 wt.% adhesive, 70-85 wt.% adsorbent and 5-20 wt.% modified graphene and the adsorbent is made by adding activated carbon fibers to potassium permanganate solution, ultrasonically shaking for 3 hours, allowing to stand for 36-72 hours, suction filtering, washing the filter cake, drying and ball milling through a 500-mesh sieve to obtain the adsorbent. USE - Method for preparing fuel cell cathode air filter adsorbing filter material that is utilized in an automobile filter (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to utilize the adsorbent, which is combined with physical adsorption and chemical oxidation to improve the efficiency of adsorption treatment, and the modified graphene, which improves the flame retardant protection effect of filter material better and strengthens its filtration and adsorption performance.
