NOVELTY - The method involves using organic solvents and deionized water to clean the oil stains and other residues on the surface of the copper foil, and use compressed air to dry the surface. The dried copper foil is placed in a heating furnace for pre-oxidation. The heated copper foil is transferred to a quartz plate and placed in a tube furnace. The gas is passed into the quartz tube to normal pressure after vacuuming, and the reaction gas is introduced to grow graphene after the temperature is raised to 800-1000 degrees C. The heating and gas supply of the tube furnace is turned off and then cooled to room temperature after the growth is completed. USE - Method for reducing nucleation density of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method is featured with simple operation and significant effect. The influence of different heating and annealing environments on the nucleation density of graphene is explored, so as to further reduce the nucleation density of graphene and increase the size of graphene single crystals on the basis of the method.
