▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphite oxide is prepared by adding graphite powder and sodium nitrite to concentrated sulfuric acid, adding potassium permanganate, dripping distilled water, removing excess potassium permanganate, filtering, washing filtrate and drying. Long chain alkyl-modified graphene is prepared by adding graphite oxide to organic solvent, adding resultant solution to isocyanate, adding long chain modifier, reacting, adding reducing agent and modifying graphene oxide. The resultant product is added to resin matrix and uniformly dispersed, to obtain hydrophobic anti-static composite coating. USE - Preparation of hydrophobic anti-static composite coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables environmentally-friendly preparation of fluorine-containing substance-free hydrophobic anti-static composite coating having excellent durability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite oxide is prepared by adding 2-5 g graphite powder and 1-2 g sodium nitrite to 46-60 ml concentrated sulfuric acid having concentration of 98 %mass, stirring mixture in an ice bath for 30-60 minutes, slowly adding 6-15 g potassium permanganate to the obtained mixture, stirring at 5 degrees C or less for 2-5 hours, transferring mixture to a warm water bath at 35 degrees C, stirring for 3-6 hours, slowly dripping 90-150 ml distilled water, controlling the temperature at 98 degrees C, heat-preserving for 30 minutes to 1 hour, cooling to room temperature, adding 30 %mass hydrogen peroxide, removing excess potassium permanganate until the mixture turns to bright yellow, adding 150-300 ml distilled water, filtering while hot, sequentially washing filtrate using 0.01 mol/l hydrochloric acid, ethanol and deionized water until no sulfate ion is present, drying in an oven at 60 degrees C and obtaining brown graphite oxide. Then, long chain alkyl-modified graphene is prepared by adding graphite oxide to organic solvent such that the mass volume ratio is controlled to 2-10 mg/ml, subjecting to ultrasonic treatment for 1-3 hours, obtaining graphene oxide solution, adding 100-500 %mass graphene oxide solution to isocyanate under nitrogen, stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 10-24 hours, adding long chain modifier in an amount of 2-4 times the molar amount of isocyanate, reacting for 5-10 hours, heating at 90-100 degrees C, adding reducing agent, adding 20-100 %mass graphene oxide, modifying graphene oxide, washing obtained mixture, drying in vacuum and obtaining long chain alkyl-modified graphene gray-black powder. The long chain alkyl-modified graphene is added to resin matrix, and long-chain alkyl-modified graphene is uniformly dispersed by mixing or subjecting to fast ultrasonic agitation, to obtain hydrophobic anti-static composite coating.
