▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide and ferric chloride complex modified zeolite filtering material comprises natural zeolite, non-loaded gap, ferric oxide absorption layer, graphene oxide sheet and modified layer supported on outer surface of the natural zeolite, the modified layer is interlaced together by ferric oxide absorption layer and graphene sheet, and the non-loaded gap is between the ferric oxide absorption layer and graphene oxide layer. USE - Used as graphene oxide and ferric chloride complex modified zeolite filtering material. ADVANTAGE - The filtering material: has strong hydrophilicity and absorption capacity. The method has high load rate modification and good loading effect, thus suitable for industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene oxide and ferric chloride complex modified zeolite filtering material, comprising (1) cleaning using distilled water, placing in the calcining furnace for calcination at 200-400 degrees C for 1-3 hours, and cooling to room temperature, (2) soaking in 1-3 mol/l hydrochloric acid for 12-24 hours, cleaning using distilled water, drying at 100-150 degrees C and cooling to room temperature, (3) using iron (III) chloride as modifying agent for modifying natural zeolite, iron (III) chloride and pre-treated natural zeolite solution and stirring uniformly, sealing using tin paper and placing in the calcining furnace, calcining at 250-450 degrees C for 1-3 hours, cooling to room temperature, cleaning with distilled water, and drying at 100-150 degrees C to obtain iron (III) chloride modified zeolite, (4) modifying surface of the iron (III) chloride modified zeolite by graphene oxide as modifier, which includes dissolving graphene oxide powder in deionized distilled water, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-60 minute, configuring into 10-100 mg/l graphene oxide solution, mixing graphene oxide solution with iron (III) chloride modified zeolite for first stage, mixing uniformly, sealing tin paper, placing in a calcining furnace, calcining at 100-200 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours, and cooling to room temperature, cleaning with distilled water, and drying at 100-150 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide iron (III) chloride complex modified zeolite.
