▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The structure comprises a substrate including a conductive film, where the conductive film is comprised of graphene oxide. The graphene oxide is coated on the conductive film by spin coating process or drop casting process. The electrical conductivity and transparency of the graphene oxide are tuned by reduction and plasma treatment processes, metal nanoparticle or metal oxides addition process or organic compound addition process. The substrate is formed with a flexible material. USE - The electrode structure is useful in an organic solar cell, an opto-electronic device (all claimed), and an LED. ADVANTAGE - The organic solar cell can be economically manufactured using the graphene oxide with high physical property and flexibility.
