NOVELTY - Preparation of gold single-atom glucose oxidative nanozyme involves: (1) taking 30 mL, 5-20 mg/mL graphene oxide suspension, adding 15 mL, 0.5-2 mol/L ammonium carbonate solution, and magnetically stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain mixed solution (A); (2) slowly dripping 15 mL, 0.5-2 mmol/L chloroauric acid aqueous solution into solution (A), and continuously stirring for 2-4 hours to obtain mixed solution (B); (3) filtering solution (B), collecting the solid sample, repeatedly washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain solid sample; and (4) placing the solid sample in a tubular furnace, and sintering in an air atmosphere. USE - Preparation of gold single-atom glucose oxidative nanozyme used in detection of glucose activity (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides gold single-atom glucose oxidative nanozyme, which can directly replace the natural glucose oxidase to achieve the detection of glucose, and has excellet glucose oxidase activity, and improved detection stability and service life compared with glucose sensor based on the natural glucose oxidase.
