DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene oxide-polyurethane hybrid emulsion-coated polypropylene-based sound-absorbing nonwoven material contains 14-16 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer/thermoplastic rubber, 22-26 pts. wt. polypropylene, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant 1076, 0.1-0.2 pt. wt. antioxidant DLTP, 0.2-0.3 pt. wt. di-n-octyl tin dilaurate, 6-8 pts. wt. poly(methyl methacrylate), 20-25 pts. wt. amorphous aluminosilicate powder of 325-400 mesh, 12-15 pts. wt. aqueous polyurethane emulsion with solid content of 8-10% and 1-2 pts. wt. additive. The additive contains 1-2 pts. wt. floss powder of 400-500 mesh, 0.5-0.6 pt. wt. sodium lauryl sulfate, 3-5 pts. wt. propylene glycol, 4-5 pts. wt. gas-phase silica sol with solid content of 15-20%, 0.6-0.8 pt. wt. nickel oxide and 10-12 pts. wt. water. The additive is prepared by adding propylene glycol and sodium lauryl sulfate into water, stirring until completely dissolving mixture, dispersing, adding remaining materials, stirring and uniformly-dispersing nickel oxide nanoparticles in solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide-polyurethane hybrid emulsion-coated polypropylene-based sound-absorbing nonwoven material.
