▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fusible transparent conductive fluorine-doped tin oxide/graphene-carbon nanotubes (FTO/Gr-CNTs) composite film comprises fluorine-doped tin oxide and graphene-carbon nanotubes composite. The composite film may employed spray pyrolysis deposition at 450-600 degrees C on glass substrate, where graphene-carbon nanotube composite is not greater than 1 g/L, thickness is 300-900 nm, surface resistance is less than 5 ohms/square, and visible light transmittance is not less than 75%. USE - Fusible transparent conductive fluorine-doped tin oxide/graphene-carbon nanotubes composite film for solar battery electrode. ADVANTAGE - The composite film has high haze, transmittance and hardness, good durability, wide application prospect and simple preparation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite film comprising mixing purified graphene and carbon nanotubes at ratio of 1:10-1:100 by liquid phase mixing, adding surfactant to disperse, and ultrasonically oscillating for 20 hours; mixing mono-butyl tin trichloride, ammonium fluoride, hydrochloric acid and methanol at ratio of 1:0.2-0.4:5-7:20-60, mixing and stirring for 7-14 hours, and aging for 20-30 hours to prepare coating precursor; mixing graphene-carbon nanotube complex, adding to coating precursor, and stirring for 10-30 hours; and spraying suspension on heated glass substrate spray pyrolysis at 450-600 degrees C, and cooling naturally.
