NOVELTY - Aging-resistant invisible car coating film with self-repairing function comprises a base film layer and a self-repairing layer, where the self-repairing layer is compounded on the outer surface of the base film layer, and the base film layer comprises 30-50 pts. wt. thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) coating resin, 10-20 pts. wt. transparent soft glue, 4-8 pts. wt. bisphenol F epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. calcium carbonate, 2-3 pts. wt. aluminum oxide, 2-6 pts. wt. graphene, 1-3 pts. wt. UV absorber, 2-6 pts. wt. polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, 2-4 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 10-20 pts. wt. dioctyl phthalate (DOP) plasticizer, and 2-6 pts. wt. barium zinc stabilizer. USE - The aging-resistant invisible vehicle coating film is used in willow breeding material storage technology to protect vehicle paint, and improve appearance effect of transparent protective film of total weight. ADVANTAGE - The aging-resistant invisible vehicle coating film has high temperature resistance, aging resistance, UV resistance, heat insulation, scratch resistance, self-repairing layer with repairing rebound resilience, and can be quickly recovered when bending, reducing the crease of the film surface, and prolonging the service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the anti-aging invisible car coating film with self-repair function, which involves (A) preparing the base film layer by (a) mixing TPU coating resin, transparent soft glue, bisphenol F epoxy resin, calcium carbonate, aluminum oxide, graphene, UV absorber, polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol, light stabilizer, DOP plasticizer, and barium-zinc stabilizer in an internal mixer to obtain a mixture (A), and (b) sending the mixture (A) to a film-forming stretching device, and stretching to obtain the base film layer, (B) preparing self-repairing layer by (a) mixing nano-silica, fluorine-containing acrylic resin, isocyanate curing agent, magnesium hydroxysilicate, aluminum hydroxysilicate, nano-calcium carbonate, and ethyl acetate, and adding to a mixing tank and stirring at a low speed to obtain a mixed solution, and (b) heating the mixed solution at a low temperature, and slowly cooling to obtain the self-repairing layer, and (C) spraying the self-repairing layer on the surface of the base film layer, and drying at low temperature to obtain the car coating film.
