▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The device has an electric core main body whose one end is provided with an anode. A transfer mechanism is provided with a fixing cylinder and a transfer roller. First conveying mechanism is set on a left side of the fixing cylinder. Second conveying mechanism is set on a right upper part of the fixing cylinder. A seat plate is fixedly connected on a right side of the second conveying mechanism. A moving groove is symmetrically and fixedly connected with a guide rod. A mounting seat is fixedly connected to a head of a supporting rod. A pressing mechanism is set on a lower surface of the seat plate. A driving mechanism is used for driving the transfer roller to intermittently rotate for 180°. The moving seat performs a reciprocating left and right movement stroke. A gluing mechanism is located at a back side of the fixing cylinder and is used for finishing a gluing operation to an anode head in a rotating process. USE - Gluing device of battery cover of a graphene lithium core. ADVANTAGE - The anode can realize full automatic anode of the battery cover and the electric main body, greatly improves the efficiency and saves manpower. The electric core main body to be glued is conveyed to the right side, when the moving seat moves, and the glue material is coated by the gluing mechanism when the electric core body is moving, and thus, the anode is provided with a anode out, and hence, the efficiency of gluing is greatly improved and manpower is saved. The battery cover of graphene lithium can be glued with high efficiency.
