NOVELTY - A graphene layer is formed on portion(s) of an amorphous or polycrystalline sample. The sample is floated in air within a treatment basin, by applying energy. The sample is heated and crystallized to manufacture single crystal. USE - Manufacture of single crystal. ADVANTAGE - The single crystal is manufactured by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) single crystal; (2) single crystal manufacturing apparatus; and (3) single crystal substrate.
