USE - The method is useful for manufacturing female antiinflammatory germicidal decorative graphene condom (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The condom has increased aesthetic feeling and friction, makes up the industry blank, and is important for sexual health. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Manufacturing female antiinflammatory germicidal decorative graphene condom comprises (i) (a) taking 30-40 pts. wt. fresh green tea, 20-25 pts. wt. 10% ammonium hydroxide solution, 20-25 pts. wt. 5% thiocyanic acid chromiumammonium solution, 5-8 pts. wt. cation exchange resin, and (b) taking 3-5 pts. wt. liquorice extract, 10-15 pts. wt. saffron extract, 15-20 pts. wt. Angelica extract, 5-8 pts. wt. rhizoma atractylodis extract, 4-7 pts. wt. motherwort extract and 8-10 pts. wt. colla corii asini, preparing confining liquid raw material and preparing fish bladder collagen solution; (ii) (a) etching fresh green tea, mechanically chopping to 1-2 mm, mincing to obtain the end of leaves; (b) adopting warm water for soaking leaves, heating and soaking red hot liquid for 20-30 minutes; (c) filtering the solids and allowing the solution to stand at room temperature until the temperature of the solution dropped to the same level as room temperature to obtain a mixed solution; (d) dropping 5% solute mass fraction of ammonium thiocyanate solution in the mixed solution until precipitation no longer formed; (e) adopting cation exchange resin for adsorbing the precipitate to obtain the resin which is absorbed by the etching raw material; (f) adopting 10% solute mass fraction of ammonium hydroxide solution, and then adding into the eluate content of 15% solute to obtain etching solution; (g) preparing graphene condoms with positive set in its shape matching the glass on the tooling, and flat surface expansion; (h) the step (g) is set on the tooling condoms heating to 70-80 degrees C and then adopting a diamond hollow core filled with etching solution for pattern etching, adding etching solution into the pattern, completing the etching and cooling to room temperature; (iii) filling, (a) mixing the solution of licorice extract, saffron extract, Angelica extract, rhizoma atractylodis extract, motherwort extract and colla corii asini in 50% water and 50% ethanol and then heating to viscous, controlling kinematic viscosity in 20-25 mm2/second; (b) immersing the etched condom obtained in the step (ii) into the viscous solution composition obtained in the step (iii), soaking, natural drying and repeating the soaking cycle for 5-8 times; and (c) taking 50% water and 50% ethanol wiping the surface of the condom to complete the filling process to obtain a filled condom; and (iv) (a) sealing the fish maw collagen solution naturally till it is viscous, controlling kinematic viscosity at 50-55 mm2/second; (b) adopting the viscous fish bladder collagen solution uniformly, filling the condom surface coating, repeating the coating drying and coating cycle for 3-5 times, and (c) sleeving on the fixture and then removing condom coating, maintaining the original shape, then sealing, and packing.
